Once your order is fully authorised it will be packed and despatched.

The order amount will determine which delivery service your order is sent by.

Orders under £50 are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. The Royal Mail state they aim to deliver First Class items the next working day (including Saturday) but it can take up to 5 working days.

Orders for £50 or more are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, which guarantees next day delivery before 1pm.

All UK orders have to be signed for on delivery.

We’re reasonable people, so our hardworking team do not work Bank Holidays; orders placed then get sent the next working day, Saturday and Sunday orders are sent out on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
